The manager of the music school, Aet Lehtinen-Hautamäki, has graduated with a masters degree in violin playing from the Tallinn Music Academy with commendable marks (Laudatur). She has the qualifications for a piano teacher, a violin soloist, a pedagogue, a orchestra musician and a chamber musician. Aet Lehtinen is also a composer. Aet Lehtinen has participated in the master classes of professors I. Bezrodny and G. Barinova of the Moscow Academy of Music and the master classes of professor B. Kotorovits of the Kyiv Academy of Music.

Aet Lehtinen-Hautamäki has performed as a soloist for the Estonian Concert and as an orchestra soloist. During the summer festivals she has performed with organist Matti Vainio (ia in the Espoo Cathedral). Aet has performed in Finland and Sweden. She has performed as a violin soloist in the Estonia Concert Hall and on Estonian television. Aet participated in the Young Violinists international competition in the Czech Republic, after receiving her diploma there. She has worked for Espoo's Leppävaara elementary school, upper school and high school as a music teacher and for Music School Diskantti and Art School Tretjakov in Espoo as a violin and piano teacher.
